How do I obtain police/accident
reports?
Police and accident reports should be available within three working
days, excluding weekends and holidays. Reports are available at the police department
front counter, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Please telephone (541) 929-6911 and ask to be
sure that your report is available prior to making your trip. There is a cost for all
reports, according to type and length. Ask for details when you call.
Does the Police Department offer fingerprinting services?
Fingerprinting services are available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Please
call (541) 929-6911 in advance and give us 30 minutes of warning before you arrive. There
is a fee and we request you do not fill out the fingerprint cards yourself.
Will the Police Department tell me if there is a warrant for my arrest?
Yes and we will advise you of how to take resolve the warrant issue.

The speed limits in school zones in the City of Philomath are 20mph.
