The City of Philomath supports entrepreneurs and smalls businesses in a number of ways. The City is an active member and participant of Mid-Valley Partners (MVP), a consortium of small cities in Linn and Benton Counties dedicated to developing a region-wide entrepreneur ecosystem. MVP has partnered with Oregon Rain, and Small Business Development Center housed at Linn-Benton Community College, Business Oregon and Oregon Rain.

Oregon is a place where entrepreneurs and big thinkers are building diverse industries. Business Oregon networks with many organizations to help entrepreneurships find resources and access services to start a business in Oregon.

Corvallis Benton County Economic Development Office

Corvallis Benton County Economic Development Office connects businesses with resources based on their needs and gathers feedback to build a better business climate. They also act as a liaison between businesses and permitting agencies, provide information on state and local funding opportunities, and assist businesses that are looking for space to expand or relocate in Benton County.
