Completed forms may be submitted to the Public Works Department via email at pw@philomathoregon.gov or dropped off in person at 1515 Willow Lane.

Please note that showing up in person does not guarantee an appointment or immediate issuance of permits. We kindly ask that you allow several days for birding permits to be processed and additional time for all other permits, as these require a longer review process.

While we are happy to assist during business hours, requests are handled in the order they are received and may not be prioritized immediately upon submission. Thank you for your understanding!

The Philomath Police Department will be conducting firearms training on the following dates and times, during which the lagoons will be closed to the public for safety.

May 7: 9:00 AM - 11:30 and 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
May 8: 9:00 AM - 11:30 and 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
