Submit completed forms to Building Department at City Hall or at buildingpermits@philomathoregon.gov.

All submittals requiring plan review must be submitted in hard copy (paper) format with three copies of drawings and two copies of engineering before plan review process can begin. Electronic or uploaded documents do not meet our current process for plan review.

Fees over $500 are cash or check only.
