Submit completed forms to Planning Department at City Hall. All submittals must be submitted in hard copy (paper) format (three copies). Electronic files of materials as supplemental information may be submitted to cityhall@philomathoregon.gov. Additional information regarding applications and procedures can be found at PMC 18.105.

NOTE: Per Resolution 23-09, the City Council of the City of Philomath adopted an update to Land Use Application Fees on June 12, 2023. These fees are effective July 1, 2023.

Accessory Dwelling Unit Review Application Fee: $150

Annexation Application Fee: $3,200 (Requires a Pre-Application Conference before submitting.)

Appeal of Planning Commission Decision Fee: Actual Cost ($500 deposit)

Floodplain Development Permit Application Fee: $150

Home Occupation Permit Fee: $50

Lot Line Adjustment Fee: $300

Partition Application Fee: $1,500 (Requires a Pre-Application Conference before submitting.)
