Making Payments

Payment locations:
City Hall, 980 Applegate St., Philomath

• Payments may be dropped off inside during regular business hours or in drop box located in parking lot.

Payment types accepted: Cash, check, and credit or debit card

Online Utility Payments

Payment due date: Bills are mailed on the last business day of each month. Payments are due by the 16th. Late fees are charged after the 16th.

Past due accounts: Payments on past due accounts with a shutoff notice should not be dropped off in the parking lot drop box.
