Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Monday of each month but are only held on an "as needed" basis. Following is a link to the Planning Commission agendas page:

Meeting Access Information: Public meetings are being held electronically via Zoom. The public may watch the live feed of meetings on the City's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cityofphilomath . This is a public page and does not require a Facebook account to access. Contact City Hall to make viewing arrangements if you do not have access to the internet.

Given two business days’ notice, an interpreter can be provided for the hearing impaired or those with limited proficiency in English. Contact the City Recorder to make interpreter arrangements.
