Heritage Tree Program Ad Hoc Committee

The Public Works Tree Board has designated an Ad Hoc Committee to develop a draft Heritage Tree Program for the full Tree Board's consideration. This ad hoc committee is made up of two citizen members of the Tree Board and a third citizen. They will meet in-person as needed at the City Hall Council Chambers at 980 Applegate Street, Philomath. This is a public meeting; however, it will not be live-streamed electronically. The City Hall Council Chambers are open to the public with sufficient seating to allow for social distancing.

Given two business days’ notice, an interpreter can be provided for the hearing impaired or those with limited proficiency in English. Contact City Hall to make interpreter arrangements.
