City Council Executive Session
When:The Council will convene and move directly into an executive session for the purpose of discussion related to employment of public officers, employees and agents [ORS 192.660(2)(a)]. Designated staff, the media, and other designated persons shall be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. No final decision may be made in executive session. At the end of the executive session, the Council will return to open session and take a recess until the 7:00 p.m. regular agenda meeting is called to order.
