Planning Commission

Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Monday of each month but are only held on an "as needed" basis. Following is a link to the Planning Commission agendas page:

Meeting Access Information:

Beginning with the July 12th City Council meeting, all City of Philomath public meetings will return to in-person attendance at City Hall. In addition to being able to attend in person again, residents will continue to have the option of viewing the live stream of meetings via Facebook and providing comments via the Zoom internet platform.

Attendees who are not COVID vaccinated are encouraged to wear a face covering, but no vaccination verification or face covering requirements will be enforced. All City Council, Planning Commission, Park Advisory Board and subcommittee meetings will be conducted in this hybrid format. 

The public may watch the live feed of the meeting on the City's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cityofphilomath . This is a public page and does not require a Facebook account to access.

To provide comment at a meeting remotely via Zoom, contact the City Recorder's Office for access log-in information.

Given two business days’ notice, an interpreter can be provided for the hearing impaired or those with limited proficiency in English. Contact the City Recorder's Office to make interpreter arrangements:
