City Council Work Session

This is a special work session of the Philomath City Council to review the request to form a reimbursement district from Mountain West Investment Corp (MWIC). The updated Planning Official Report will be posted by Thursday, Oct. 15.

The public may watch the live feed of the meeting on the City's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cityofphilomath . This is a public page and does not require a Facebook account to access. Contact City Hall to make viewing arrangements if you do not have access to the internet.

Opportunities to comment during the work session:
The following options are available for the public to provide comment during the work session:

1) Contact the City Recorder at ruth.post@philomathoregon.gov or by calling 541-929-6148 to receive the Zoom link for the meeting.

2) Submit written comments by email to the City Recorder at ruth.post@philomathoregon.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

3) Submit written comments in the City Hall parking lot drop box no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

4) Mail written comments to PO Box 400, Philomath, OR 97370 3-4 days prior to the day of the meeting.
