Public Meetings: City meetings are held at the City Hall Council Chambers and the public is welcome to attend. In addition to being able to attend in person, residents may still opt to view a live stream of meetings. Meetings are being live-streamed on the City's YouTube account at:  City of Philomath - YouTube. This is a public page and does not require a YouTube account to access.

To provide comment during a meeting's public comment period or a public hearing, either appear at the Council Chambers or contact the City Manager's Office at 541-929-6148 prior to 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting to sign up and receive electronic access to the meeting. Access is available by phone for those without internet service. 

Given two business days’ notice, an interpreter can be provided for the hearing impaired or those with limited proficiency in English. Contact the City Manager’s Office to make interpreter arrangements or to participate electronically.
