City Council Executive Session
When:The Council will convene and move directly into an executive session for the purpose of consulting with legal counsel concerning current litigation or litigation likely to be filed [ORS 192.660(2)(h)] and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection [ORS 192.660(2)(f)]. Representatives of the news media and designated staff and other designated persons shall be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the public are asked to leave the room. Executive Sessions are not live-streamed to the public. No final decisions may be made in executive session. At the end of the executive session, the Council will return to open session and take a recess until the 7:00 p.m. regular agenda meeting is called to order.
