Tobacco Retail Sales Permit

Businesses selling tobacco products are required to hold a valid permit from the city for each location in which tobacco products are sold. Philomath Municipal Code Chapter 5.30 details the requirements for license holders. A permit application form is available on the Permits, Licenses & Forms page in the Administration permits list.
