Planning

Submit completed forms to Planning Department at City Hall. All submittals must be submitted in hard copy (paper) format (three copies). Electronic files of materials as supplemental information may be submitted to cityhall@philomathoregon.gov. Additional information regarding applications and procedures can be found at PMC 18.105.

NOTE: Per Resolution 23-09, the City Council of the City of Philomath adopted an update to Land Use Application Fees on June 12, 2023. These fees are effective July 1, 2023.

Accessory Dwelling Unit Review Application Fee: $150

All submittals requiring plan review must be submitted in hard copy (paper) format with three copies of drawings and two copies of engineering before plan review process can begin. Electronic or uploaded documents do not meet our current process for plan review.
